Responsibilities

As an reputed company Pharmacy Customer Service Representative – Weekend Remote (Full Time), you will be responsible for:

• Preparing, inputting, and supporting claimant profiles in our pharmacy network, ensuring accurate and efficient service.
• Assisting pharmacies in the adjudication of claimant medications, providing expert guidance and support.
• Coordinating and liaising with client adjusters, pharmacies, and claimants to ensure accurate assignment of medication benefits, resolving any issues that may arise.
• Supporting client needs regarding requirements for claimant medications, including reporting and data management.
• Managing and updating client and claimant information in multiple systems, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
• Answering questions from claimants, adjusters, and pharmacies regarding medications, providing clear and concise information.
• Adapting to changing processes and needs of various clients, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn.
• Performing other duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success of reputed company.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• 3 years of reputed company customer service or telephonic experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
