Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A strong skillset in customer service, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional experiences.
• Experience with reputed company and/or HostAI, with a deep familiarity with leveraging AI for comprehensive guest messaging.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to speak clearly on the phone and reputed company VoiP with guests and vendors.

Preferred Qualifications
