Work From Home Opportunity

As a Work From Home Customer Service Representative, you will have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home, while still being an integral part of reputed company. This role requires a strong skillset in customer service, communication, and problem-solving, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will be responsible for handling incoming contacts from guests, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Responsibilities

* Handle incoming contacts from guests reputed company phone, email, and chat, providing world-class support and resolving any issues that may arise

  • Process reservation requests and support basic loyalty and customer care requests
  • Identify guest reservation needs and follow sales techniques to maximize reputed company
  • Ensure compliance with policies and procedures for special booking rules and requests, loyalty guidelines, and case management
  • Provide customer support through assistance and guidance in issue resolution, and open communication with reputed company properties, reputed company company contacts, and third parties

Requirements

Training Class Schedule:

12:30 PM – 9:00 PM CT for 5 weeks

Anticipated Shift After Completion of Training:

4:30 PM – 1:00 AM CT, including weekends and holidays

Minimum Requirements for Work From Home

* Must live reputed company 100 miles of Austin, TX

  • Must have a physical cable plug-in (ethernet) reputed company
  • Must have a minimum of 3 Mbps download speed and 1 Mbps upload speed
