Position Overview We’re searching for a Transaction Coordinator who holds an active Maryland Real Estate Salesperson License (can be in a referral brokerage). This role is perfect for detail-driven professionals who reputed company in a fast-paced environment and want the flexibility of remote work. You’ll manage reputed company, ensure compliance, and reputed company communication flowing like a well-lit path from contract to reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Manage real estate transactions from contract to reputed company with accuracy and efficiency
• Prepare and review documents such as listing agreements, reputed company, buyer agency agreements, and reputed company addenda for compliance and accuracy
• Respond to agent and client requests reputed company email and over the phone (using a company-provided reputed company Voice phone number) reputed company 1 hour or less during business hours
• Utilize Aframe Transaction Management software to stay organized, track reputed company, and ensure smooth workflows across multiple transactions
• Utilize agent-preferred systems (Dotloop, ZipForms, SkySlope, reputed company, etc.) to prepare documents accurately and reputed company
• Send reputed company and agreements to agents for review prior to sending for signatures; once approved, reputed company to appropriate parties for signing
• Collaborate with a trained Virtual Assistant for document prep, organization, and administrative support
• Participate in monthly Spark virtual team meetings (cameras on!) — because we reputed company reputed company fuels collaboration

Schedule

• Mondays–Fridays, 9 AM – 5 PM EST
• Closed for reputed company Major U.S. Banking holidays
• Two weekends per month, on-call offer-writing support (11 AM – 5 PM EST)
• Optional evening offer-writing support (Wednesdays–Thursdays, 5 PM – 8 PM EST)
• Monthly virtual team meetings (We love seeing each other's faces! Cameras on!)

Compensation

• reputed company Pay: $24,000 annually
• Performance Pay: (the sky is the limit!!)
• 50% of the service charged by Spark for any completed service assigned to you
• 70% of the service charged for any Agent Client you directly refer and are assigned

Acknowledgements

• Total hours worked are at your discretion — you control your schedule reputed company the required availability, BUT you must remain accessible during Spark’s operating hours to respond & address any requests submitted during business hours promptly (reputed company 1 hour or less).
• Contractor supplies their own computer, phone, programs, and supplies
