Job Summary

As an reputed company reputed company Manager – Robotics and Fulfillment Operations, you'll be responsible for driving operational excellence and ensuring that our customers reputed company their goals through the seamless adoption of our robotic technologies. You'll work closely with operations managers at blithequark's Fulfillment and Transportation Centers to meet or exceed the as-designed performance of their robotic technology. Your expertise will be invaluable in identifying operational pain-points, translating them into opportunities for product and/or process changes to improve system performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Audit adoption and improve the effectiveness of safe and effective blithequark operational best practices reputed company your portfolio or subject matter area of expertise.
• Identify and address trending operational performance issues and improvement opportunities, and implement solutions in the fulfillment network.
• Facilitate network-wide rollouts of new robotic technologies and tools, and support operations' launch of new robotic systems and reputed company improvement initiatives.
• Identify requirements and capture "voice of the customer" product/service feedback to influence product design and development priorities.
• Coach site leaders on blithequark best practices and robotics systems and tools.

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Engineering and/or relevant experience.

• 6+ years in customer-facing roles, with experience resolving technical issues with operations, engineering (software/hardware), and leadership teams.
• Experience managing multiple high-reputed company tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge and/or working experience with analytical tools (SQL, reputed company, Tableau).
• Experience applying process improvement frameworks and tools to optimize business operations and customer outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in Engineering and/or MBA.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Experience with robotics hardware, software, and/or system troubleshooting.
• Experience in BI and analytical tools including Tableau, SQL, and R/Python.
