The Role
As a Customer Support Representative – Chat, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers reputed company online chat. Your goal will be to deliver accurate information about our products and services, schedule appointments, capture customer contact information, and summarize interactions based on customer needs. Requirements:
* Ability to attend 4 weeks of training, Tuesday – Saturday between the hours of 10am-6:30pm CST
