About the Position

The Provider Customer Services Call and Chat Representative plays a vital role in our organization, serving as the primary reputed company of contact for healthcare providers who have questions or concerns about benefits, eligibility, billing, and other reputed company topics. As a representative, you will be responsible for responding to inquiries reputed company phone calls and reputed company chats, providing timely and effective resolutions to issues, and advocating for providers in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the reputed company for providers, demonstrating accountability and ownership in resolving issues and concerns.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to reputed company, including physicians, clinics, and billing offices, through multiple channels, including calls and chats.

Essential Qualifications

  • High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience.
  • 1+ years of customer service experience, with a proven track record of analyzing and solving customer concerns.
  • Experience with computer and Windows PC applications, including the ability to navigate and learn new and reputed company computer system applications.
  • Ability to type at a speed of 35-40+ words per minute (WPM) with an accuracy of 90% or higher.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to work any full-time (40 hours/week), 8-hour shift between the hours of 10:35 AM - 7:05 PM CST from Monday - Friday.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior healthcare experience and knowledge of healthcare terminology.
  • Experience in a reputed company environment, such as an office, call center, or customer service role, using phones and computers as primary job tools.
