Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll play a critical role in helping our customers navigate the loan application process. You'll be responsible for reviewing loan applications, making payment arrangements, and providing exceptional support to our customers. Responsibilities and Duties
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Making outbound and receiving inbound calls to assist customers with their loan applications and payment arrangements
- Consistently and accurately documenting reputed company information pertaining to accounts
- Using basic business math to solve problems and reputed company informed decisions
- Speaking clearly, concisely, and effectively to communicate with customers and colleagues
- Maintaining a professional demeanor and providing exceptional customer service, even in high-pressure situations
- Following written and/or verbal instructions to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Processing card payments accurately and reputed company
- Performing the initial approval of potential borrowers by thoroughly examining their applications through multiple software systems
- Reviewing applicants to evaluate their eligibility for loan and making recommendations to management
- Following up with customers to clarify important points and ensure a smooth loan application process
- Finalizing loan details and keeping customers informed of their obligations and rules
- Staying up-to-date on lending and other financial services to provide expert advice and guidance to customers
- Creating and renewing records to ensure accurate and efficient record-keeping
- Identifying customer needs and exploring reputed company options available to customers
- Working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and adapting quickly to changing company needs
- Multi-tasking by speaking with customers and typing notes simultaneously
- Meeting monthly individual goals as set by management
Required Skills
* Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on providing exceptional support to customers
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
- Ability to remain reputed company and courteous under pressure, even in tense situations
- Proficient with technology, including computers, software applications, and phone systems
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze reputed company issues and reputed company informed decisions
Preferred Education and/or Experience
* Minimum of a high school diploma or GED
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a reputed company field
Technical Skills

- Proficient user of the Internet and cloud-based storage
- Familiarity with loan application software and other financial services systems
Working Conditions / Physical Demands
* Must be able to sit for long periods of time, talking and listening constantly
- Sitting for extended periods of time
- Shift: 11:00 pm to 7:00 am
- Fully remote after initial 1-week training period (training will be reputed company-5pm M-F during 1st week)
