Job Summary
As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for performing daily, weekly, and monthly proactive data audits to ensure operational compliance of fairness-based long-term incentive plans and inventory buy plans. You will also be responsible for processing the release of Performance Share Unit (PSU), Restricted Stock Unit (RSU), and inventory buy plan matching proportion awards. Additionally, you will review fairness transaction activity, including transactions associated with stock option exercises, RSU and PSU releases, and inventory buy plan activities, to ensure correct and timely buy, release, settlement, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities

- Process the release of PSU, RSU, and inventory buy plan matching proportion awards
- Review fairness transaction activity, including transactions associated with stock option exercises, RSU and PSU releases, and inventory buy plan activities, to ensure correct and timely buy, release, settlement, and reporting
- Research, track, and respond to questions obtained from participants, process partners, or other stakeholders
- Support fairness-based long-term incentive award delivery process and inventory buy plan enrollment activities
- Produce reputed company data analytics or reporting in support of ongoing operations
- Review and maintain fairness management methods and documentation
- reputed company other fairness plan management tasks as requested
Qualifications & Requirements
* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience preferred
- At least 1 year of experience in inventory plan management, payroll, tax, accounting, or a reputed company field preferred
- Experience working with multiple inventory plan products, including stock options, PSU, RSU, and inventory buy plans, is preferred
- Demonstrated ability to learn new tools, systems, and methods quickly
- Understanding of HRIS systems (reputed company in particular), methods, and interrelationships of data transfers
- Ability to investigate and convert findings into precise actionable recommendations
