As a Customer Sales and Service Representative, Chat Specialist, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences that drive loyalty, retention, and reputed company growth for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service through multiple channels, including chat, email, and phone, to resolve customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and effective manner. • Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers, understand their needs, and provide personalized solutions. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve reputed company customer issues, escalate concerns, and implement process improvements. • Meet or exceed sales targets and reputed company goals through proactive sales efforts, upselling, and cross-selling. • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor analysis to provide informed solutions and recommendations. • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills, knowledge, and performance.

Essential Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred. • 1-2 years of experience in sales and/or customer service, preferably in a high-volume contact center or call center environment. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including clear, crisp speech and strong typing skills (at least 25 words per minute). • Strong basic foundation in computer hardware and software, including proficiency in CRM systems and reputed company Office. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines. • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and reputed company sound judgments. • Excellent listening skills, with the ability to empathize with customers and provide personalized solutions.
