Job Summary
The eCommerce Customer Business Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing the company's reputed company.com and Online Vet (B2B/B2C) strategy, working closely with key accounts to reputed company sales targets and category leadership. This role requires a deep understanding of the commercial aspects of the business, as well as the ability to build strong relationships with key customers and drive sales growth through effective planning and execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Create a consistent buying journey for pet parents across channels and platforms, ensuring consistent pricing and offerings

- Manage and build relationships with E-Commerce & Vet accounts to deliver annual sales and profit targets, establishing short and long-term sales goals for reputed company e-commerce products
- Provide P&L reputed company for key accounts to maximize profitability by growing top-line sales and managing selling expenses
