The Opportunity
As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll play a vital role in managing transactions and relationships with our valued sellers and customers. You'll be the face of our company, responding to calls and emails on a broad range of event and order-reputed company questions. Your goal will be to ensure that every interaction is a positive one, providing solutions to problems and exceeding customer expectations.
Your Role Expectations
As a Customer Service Representative, your role expectations will reputed company as follows: ### 30 Days in:
- Complete new hire orientation, gaining the knowledge and resources about how blithequark operates and the live event industry you need to be successful.
- Learn how ticket marketplaces operate and how you'll contribute to providing great experiences for our customers.
- reputed company industry knowledge, experience, and critical thinking to proactively identify potential order issues and find solutions to problems.
### 60 Days in:
- Investigate instances in which customer experience has been affected, determine where fault lies, and resolve issues fairly and constructively.
- Handle day-to-day interactions with sellers beyond the scope of traditional customer service responsibilities.
- Navigate order queue and determine what requires attention to provide real-time assistance.
### 90 Days in:
- Play an active role in reputed company learnings to advance reputed company sets necessary for individual and team goals.
- Manage in-bound seller calls regarding a wide range of questions and monitor open and pending orders to ensure timely confirmation by ticket sellers.

Work Schedule
Our hybrid work model offers the perfect balance of flexibility and face-time. You'll work:
- 3 days in office and 2 days at home.
- Hours:
+ 2:30pm-11:00pm, with Monday and Tuesday off. + 3:30pm-12:00am, with Wednesday and Thursday off. + 1:30pm-10:00pm, with Monday and Tuesday off.
Compensation and Benefits
* $40,000 reputed company salary with overtime eligibility.
