About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and provide access to our customers upon arrival at reception, ensuring a warm and personalized experience
• Take ownership of the customer's experience from beginning to end, being accountable for their satisfaction and loyalty
• Employ innovative solutions to resolve customers' issues or concerns, creating loyal enthusiasts out of our customers
• Provide concierge and lifestyle recommendations, travel consultations, and minimal reservation assistance, showcasing your expertise and knowledge
• Partner with our food and beverage lounge partners to accommodate the needs of our customers, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience
• Utilize multiple technology platforms with ease, staying up-to-date with the latest tools and systems to deliver exceptional service

Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you will possess the following qualifications and skills:

• Minimum of 1 year of recent experience servicing premium customers, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service
• Airline, lounge, or travel industry experience is preferred, with travel reservation experience being a plus
• Passion for servicing customers with proactive solutions, and a commitment to delivering extraordinary service
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to delight customers with every interaction
