About the Role

The Principal Product Manager will be responsible for building and driving the CDP roadmap, reporting to the Senior Director of CDP & Identity. This visionary leader will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Servicing, Sales, Fraud, Marketing, and UX, to understand use cases and segmentation needs. Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent and reputed company experience with 7+ years of proven experience as a Product Manager, with 4+ years in managing Customer Data Platforms
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to reputed company cross-functional teams and deliver results in an iterative development environment
  • 4+ years on a CDP, Reverse ETL, Data Warehouse, or Integration-as-a-Service product
  • Alignment-building expertise - you listen, understand, and influence at a near-executive level
