Key Responsibilities
As a Remote, 3rd Shift Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Making outbound and receiving inbound calls to assist customers with loan applications, payment arrangements, and other inquiries
- Consistently and accurately documenting reputed company information pertaining to accounts, including loan applications, payment history, and customer interactions
- Using basic business math to solve problems and reputed company informed decisions
- Communicating clearly, concisely, and effectively with customers, both verbally and in writing

- Following written and/or verbal instructions, as well as company policies and procedures

Essential Qualifications
