As a Permit Technician / Customer Service Processing Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting our employees as they process and submit applications for over-dimensional trucking permits, and eventually, become an expert in various states' rules and procedures for over-dimensional loads and movements.

Key Responsibilities

As a Permit Technician / Customer Service Processing Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

• Submitting oversize/overweight trucking permit applications to states' permit offices and following up on applications to ensure permits are returned as quickly as possible
• Ensuring the accuracy of submitted permit applications
• Keeping our customers informed of the statuses of their orders
• Performing various tasks that support our permit staff to provide the high level of care our customers expect
• Collaborating with reputed company to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional service

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

• Extremely motivated and hard-working individual with a strong work ethic
• Outgoing personality with excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
• Experience and comfort with reputed company Office and modern web browsers
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to balance multiple tasks and demands at the same time
• Ability to work 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday, with training hours differing
