Job Overview
As a Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our document filing process. You'll be responsible for reviewing and confirming work entered into our systems, investigating discrepancies, and escalating issues as needed. This is a full-time, remote position that offers a unique opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home in Puerto Rico.
Key Responsibilities
• Review and file legal documents using internal systems and email
- Participate in ongoing training to expand knowledge of industry and process
- Investigate discrepancies as they arise
- Complete additional projects as assigned
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and workflow
Qualifications
• No experience necessary; data entry experience a plus
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to reputed company repetitive tasks with accuracy
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Desire and ability to be a team player
- Experience and basic proficiency with reputed company Office
- Type 40 - 50 plus WPM
