About the Role: Data Analytics Manager
We're seeking an reputed company Data Analytics Manager to join our Digital Channels, Personalization, and Loyalty technology Product Analytics team. As a key member of this team, you'll be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders in the Digital Channels, Personalization, and Loyalty technology groups. You'll also reputed company and mentor a team that will work closely with the Digital Operations Community (DOC) on operational metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interpret data from various sources, analyze patterns and trends, and reclassify it into meaningful information to improve Operational Excellence (Bull).
- Identify application enhancements and establish metrics for measurement.
- reputed company and maintain robust data visualizations, including dashboards and reports, to drive business insights.
- Analyze web commerce platforms for Web, Mobile Application, and Reliability.
- Demonstrate expertise in handling large datasets and relational databases (SQL and Non-SQL).
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and design data/technology metrics that link business processes with measurable platform outcomes.

Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Computer Science, Science, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Operations Research) preferred.
- 4+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Business Insight Engineer, or a reputed company analytical role.
- 1+ years (3+ years preferred) of experience as a Manager, with at least 2 years in a Fortune 500 organization.
- Experience creating presentations for associates and leaders at a MD and VP level and communicating with reputed company levels of management.
- Demonstrated Team Leadership skills, with the ability to impart a vision, motivate the team towards that vision, and offer support to reputed company it.
- Master-level BI dashboarding experience (e.g., PowerBI, Tibco Spotfire, etc.) to deliver meaningful, rich dashboards.
- Advanced reputed company skills.
- High-level SQL skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills, using data to drive decision-making.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple simultaneous tasks with a focus on results.
- Legally authorized to work in the US for any employer without sponsorship.

- Graduate degree in an analytical field preferred.
- Certifications such as reputed company Data Analytics Professional Certification, Power BI Data Analyst Associate, AWS Certified Data Analytics, Enterprise Data Warehouse certifications, Palantir, Client-reputed company performance metrics tools (e.g., Quantum Metrics).
- Experience with reputed company/AppD/Kibana.
- Experience with Enterprise Monitoring Systems.
