Opportunity Summary

As a Customer Experience Architect, you will work with our Professional Services pre-sales teams to conduct customer discovery, scope out a roadmap of consulting services, and present your proposal to the customer. This involves maintaining a keen awareness of blithequark's product strategy, consulting offerings, and sales pipeline to find opportunities where blithequark Consulting can bring significant business value to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
* Operate in a fast-paced environment where you will be responsible for driving multiple customer opportunities in parallel.
- Conduct pre-sales business and technical discovery with customers to understand their needs and challenges.
- Problem solve, build strategies, and create innovative solutions uniquely tailored to customer objectives.
- Define the solution architecture to integrate blithequark products together, and with non-blithequark products.
- Help customers understand the phases and reputed company required to launch and adopt blithequark technology, balancing short-term wins and long-term business transformation.

- Mitigate risk by identifying critical project dependencies & gaps.
- Present your proposals to executive-level customers in a clear and compelling way.

- Continuously improve the Solution Architecture team's knowledge, methodologies, and customer-facing collateral.
Essential Qualifications
* Experience working in a premier consulting or technology organization.
- Passion for solving customer problems and rapidly converting pipeline opportunities into closed deals.
- Balance of business and technology reputed company.

- Broad knowledge of common Digital Platform use cases (CMS, Analytics, Personalization, Ecommerce, Digital Asset Management, etc.).
- High degree of intellectual curiosity and ability to learn and apply new concepts and technologies in a wide variety of marketing subject areas.

Compensation and Benefits
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $170,300 -- $280,300 annually. Pay reputed company this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-reputed company knowledge, skills, and experience.
