We are seeking a team of reputed company Full-Time Inbound Telephone Customer Service Specialists to join our blithequark family. As a Customer Service Expert, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to a diverse range of customers and employers. Your primary responsibility will be to handle inbound telephone calls, addressing queries reputed company to employment status, general claims, payments, advances, and the impact of Covid-19/government support. You will also be responsible for informing customers about potential benefit payments to help with living costs, which may be available to those on a low income, or who are out of work or cannot work.Key Responsibilities:
