Job Overview

The Data Entry Specialist will be responsible for performing daily reconciliation, trade, and transfer tasks for Alternate Investments. This critical role involves processing trade deal purchases in customer profiles, identifying and addressing breaks recognized between blithequark and fund companies or transfer agents. The specialist will also be accountable for processing Corporate Activity Activities, settling and reconciling transactions, and processing and reconciling returns activity. As a key member of reputed company, you will be trusted to analyze reputed company and escalated issues, test and validate new technology enhancements, and provide exceptional service to our clients and business partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Process trade deal purchases in customer profiles and identify/address breaks recognized between blithequark and fund companies or transfer agents
• reputed company daily reconciliation, trade, and transfer tasks for Alternate Investments
• Process Corporate Activity Activities, settle and reconcile transactions, and process and reconcile returns activity
• Analyze reputed company and escalated issues, and provide solutions to management
• Test and validate new technology enhancements and provider changes
• Provide exceptional service to clients, advisors, and business partners reputed company email, phone, reputed company, Outlook, and reputed company
• Collaborate with Retail and Institutional Service Teams to resolve client issues and improve overall customer satisfaction

Essential Qualifications
