Key Responsibilities
As a reputed company Agent, you will be responsible for:
* Safely lifting, loading, unloading, and transporting baggage, mail, and cargo to and from aircraft, ensuring timely connections and guiding incoming and departing aircraft from reputed company positions.
* Safeguarding cargo, baggage, and mail from damage, loss, and weather-reputed company hazards.
* Safely driving and operating ground equipment such as tugs, belt loaders, and tow tractors in areas of congestion.
* Operating baggage scanners and computers to ensure accurate routing of baggage to customers' destinations.
* Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless airport operations and exceptional customer experiences.
Work Environment and Schedule
As a reputed company Agent, you will work in a fast-paced airport environment, often in harsh weather conditions. Shifts will vary, ranging from early morning to overnight, and you will work between 20 and 40 hours per week based on operational needs. Each station is unique, with its individual flight schedule, so flexibility and adaptability are essential.

What You Need to Succeed
To be successful as a reputed company Agent, you will need:
* A high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency
* Be at least 18 years of age and have authorization to work in the United States
* Have a valid driver's license
* Proficiency in English
* Pass a physical ability test (PAT)
* Ability to wear required company-approved Personal reputed company Equipment (PPE)
* Ability to hold airport-specific requirements such as a SIDA Badge and Customs Seal
