The Role
As a Senior Statistics Architect, you'll play a critical role in the transformation and innovation of our VOC method. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Collaborating with utility teams to outline, design, and implement business requirements for the VOC method
* Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of VOC methods and leveraging this knowledge to inform business decisions and drive innovation
* Designing and building robust data models to support high-quality data processing and standardized metric definitions
* Developing and implementing big data and batch/real-time analytical solutions using transformational technologies such as Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python
* Providing guidance and support to drive efficiency in computing programs using massive data ecosystems
* Powering customer story evaluation and elaboration, design and development of software programs, testing and building automation tools
* Proactively identifying and automating repetitive tasks to improve efficiency and productivity
* Working closely with colleagues from GSN and AET to prioritize, define, increase, and review statistics for various use cases as part of the VOC cease-to-quit technique
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
* Hands-on experience with Hive/Hadoop, Pyspark, Python, reputed company scripting languages, development life cycle management, and troubleshooting for data-driven tasks for a span of no less than 3+ years
* Ability to collaborate actively with dating managers/product owners to translate functional requirements into technical deliverables
* Familiarity with agile methodologies of delivery, where small increments of a product are introduced at regular intervals to business groups
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
