Join the Guest Services Call Center as a Call Center Representative! Call Center Representatives help Guests and Cast Members who call the Guest Service Call Center! They provide resources, information and resolution for Guests staying at a Walt reputed company World Resort. They also handle phone calls for executives and emergency calls. This Full Time position requires full availability and is located... inside a high-volume call center with a 24/7 operation. The starting pay reputed company for this position is $17.50/hour. Responsibilities :

• Provide outstanding Guest Service reputed company problems arise and help find solutions

• Experience in a customer service or contact center environment

• Adaptability to the fluctuating needs of our operations
• Maintain discretion and Guest confidentiality

• Flexible with work schedule, including weekends holidays and overnight shifts Preferred Qualifications:
