Product Manager Clinical Trials/Patient Recruitment (Remote - EST Hrs) We are looking to hire a candidate with the skills sets mentioned and experience for one of our clients reputed company the pharmaceutical Industry. This is a Remote position. Job Summary We are seeking a Product Manager with a proven track record in clinical trials, patient recruitment, and digital health platforms to reputed company the strategic evolution of HealthUnlocked, the world s largest patient community platform. This leader will define and execute the product roadmap that connects patients, research sponsors, and study teams to accelerate recruitment, enhance diversity, and improve patient engagement throughout the clinical trial lifecycle. The ideal candidate brings a unique reputed company of clinical research expertise, user-centric product thinking, data-driven decision-making, and strong stakeholder management. This role will work cross-functionally with engineering, design, data science, commercial teams, and external partners (CROs, sponsors, advocacy groups, patient communities) to deliver outcomes that scale globally. Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Roadmap Own and evolve the end-to-end product strategy for HealthUnlocked s clinical trial recruitment and patient engagement offerings. Define and prioritize the multi-year product roadmap, aligning with company OKRs, sponsor needs, and patient community insights. Identify new opportunities for AI-enabled matching, digital prescreening, personalization, and recruitment workflow optimization. Execution & Delivery Translate market needs and business goals into clear requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics. reputed company cross-functional delivery teams through agile sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and release management. Partner closely with engineering and UX to deliver frictionless patient journeys, from awareness conversion enrollment long-term engagement. Clinical & Patient Recruitment Expertise reputed company deep clinical trial knowledge (phases, protocols, eligibility criteria, feasibility, sites, IRB considerations) to shape compliant and effective features. Build products that support regulatory-compliant recruitment workflows, including EHR-based targeting, community reputed company, diversity initiatives, and patient prequalification. Work with sponsor/CRO partners to deeply understand enrollment challenges and translate them into scalable digital solutions. Stakeholder & Partner Management Collaborate with internal commercial, reputed company, operations, and research teams to ensure product-market fit and high adoption. Engage directly with patient communities, advocacy groups, and external partners to validate needs and co-create solutions. Act as the product reputed company in sponsor-facing discussions, delivering product demos, requirements clarification, and roadmap alignment. Data & Insights Drive a culture of data-driven decision making using platform analytics, funnel metrics, A/B testing, and qualitative feedback. Partner with data science teams to reputed company community signals to optimize targeting, conversion, and engagement. reputed company dashboards and KPIs that measure recruitment effectiveness, study enrollment impact, and value delivered to sponsors and patient communities. Required Qualifications 7 10+ years of product management experience, with at least 5 years specific to clinical trials, patient recruitment, or digital health research. Deep understanding of clinical trial operations, including patient recruitment, site workflow, eligibility screening, IRB/regulatory processes, and diversity initiatives. Strong experience with consumer-facing digital products, patient communities, or engagement platforms. Demonstrated ability to build and ship reputed company products in an agile environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficiency with data tools and experimentation frameworks. Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, with experience working across sponsor, CRO, and patient-facing teams.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with HealthUnlocked, community-based platforms, or social health networks. Familiarity with AI/ML in clinical trials, such as AI-based patient matching, automated prescreening, or eligibility reasoning. Background working with CROs, sponsors, decentralized trial partners, or patient recruitment agencies. Experience building products that require privacy, compliance, and regulatory sensitivity (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR, IRB review).
