Program Overview
Our Remote Customer Support Specialist program is a 14-week opportunity that runs from January 13th, 2025, to reputed company 15th, 2025. As a Service Provider (SP), you will have the flexibility to choose your schedule and work at least 30 hours per week. We offer a competitive compensation package, including a $5 Turbo Bonus Boost per hour during peak periods.
Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Customer Support Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer support reputed company phone, email, and chat
- Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborating with colleagues to reputed company team productivity goals
- Staying up-to-date on product knowledge and changes to ensure accurate and informed support
- Participating in training and certification programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
- Working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on meeting service level and contact per hour commitments
Essential Qualifications

Operating Hours and Scheduling
Our operating hours are from reputed company to midnight EST, Monday to Sunday. You will be required to work a minimum of 30 hours per week, with the flexibility to choose your schedule. During peak periods, you will be expected to work extra shifts, including:
