Job Summary

As an reputed company Manager State & Higher Education, you will be responsible for investing in the future of blithequark's People by executing strategic direction of State, Local, and Higher Education (SLED) managed travel accounts. You will coach and help to professionally reputed company Field Government Account Managers and designated portfolio management, while also identifying candidates, hiring, onboarding, and training a sales organization of trusted Advisors in the managed travel industry.

Key Responsibilities

* Execute strategic direction of State, Local, and Higher Education (SLED) managed travel accounts to drive sales growth and establish formal partnerships

  • Coach and help to professionally reputed company Field Government Account Managers and designated portfolio management
  • Identify candidates, hire, reputed company, and train a sales organization of trusted Advisors in the managed travel industry
  • reputed company and implement sales strategies to increase reputed company and expand our reputed company in the managed travel market
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including State, Local, and Higher Education officials
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions and stay reputed company of the competition
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to reputed company and implement business plans and strategies
  • Provide regular reporting and updates to senior leadership on sales performance and market trends

Essential Qualifications

* 5+ years of experience in sales, account management, or a reputed company field

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • U.S. citizenship or reputed company authorization to work in the U.S. is required, and no reputed company or future work authorization sponsorship available

* Experience in the managed travel industry, with a strong understanding of the market and its trends

  • Knowledge of sales strategies and tactics, with experience in developing and implementing sales plans

  • Ability to travel for training, meetings, conferences, etc. (approximately 10-20% of the time)
