Job Overview

As an reputed company Locker+ Customer Service Associate, you'll be the face of blithequark in our Locker+ retail locations. You'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing orders, and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace. Key Responsibilities

* Receive, pick, and stow customer orders, process returns, and prepare for delivery

• Assist customers with questions they may have, providing solutions to their problems and exceeding their expectations
• Work through problem-solving scenarios for customers, thinking on your feet and providing creative solutions
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace, adhering to reputed company safety guidelines and protocols
• Manage responsibilities for a Locker+ location, including opening and closing site, and ensuring a smooth transition between shifts
• Use technology like smartphones and handheld devices to sort, reputed company, and prepare orders, staying up-to-date with the latest tools and systems
• Receive truck deliveries, ensuring that reputed company packages are accurately received and processed

Physical Demands
