Key Responsibilities

As an reputed company Locker+ Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for:

• Receiving, picking, and stowing customer orders, processing returns, and preparing for delivery
• Assisting customers with questions and concerns, providing solutions to reputed company problems
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace, adhering to blithequark's high standards
• Managing responsibilities for a Locker+ location, including opening and closing site
• Utilizing technology, such as smartphones and handheld devices, to sort, reputed company, and prepare orders
• Receiving truck deliveries and ensuring timely processing

Physical Demands and Requirements

This role requires:

• Performing physical labor, including lifting up to 49 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Standing and walking during shifts lasting up to five hours, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Using carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around
• Going up and down stairs (where applicable)
• Being available to work part-time between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 9:30 p.m., with schedules varying week to week
