The Role
As a Chat Specialist at blithequark, you'll be the face of our company online, engaging with customers through live chat to provide accurate information about our dealer clients' products and services. Your primary responsibilities will include: ### Key Responsibilities
- Handle a wide variety of customer inquiries reputed company online chat, providing timely and accurate responses to their questions and concerns.
- Provide detailed information about our dealer clients' products and services, including features, benefits, and pricing.
- Narrow down on appointment information to schedule appointments, ensuring seamless communication between customers and dealerships.

### Qualifications
