The Senior Clinical Documentation reputed company (CDI) Analyst is instrumental in advancing reputed company’s mission to enhance healthcare quality and reduce costs through physician-led Accountable Care Organizations (ACOs). This advanced role involves leading the analysis of clinical documentation and risk stratification initiatives, ensuring that our practices operate with optimal effectiveness and efficiency. The ideal candidate possesses extensive analytical expertise, a deep understanding of healthcare regulations, and a passion for driving improvements in the healthcare landscape. We are flexible with respect to geographic location, and the ideal candidate will be comfortable working remotely/work from home reputed company the US or be based from Bethesda, MD office. Primary Duties • Assist the Director of Clinical Documentation reputed company (CDI) and the CDI team with research, data analysis, and project management tasks • Help prepare meeting materials that clarify reputed company topics and facilitate effective decision-making • Analyze performance trends and indicators reputed company to risk stratification across various practices and markets to inform business strategies • Support the development and maintenance of analytical models that aid in risk stratification efforts, learning to educate stakeholders on their applications • Collaborate with various teams, including risk stratification, product, business intelligence, and analytics, to identify opportunities for improvement and support business objectives Minimum Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Health Care, or a reputed company field (or equivalent experience) required. • 2-4 years of relevant experience required • Interest in healthcare programs, project management, or reputed company fields is a plus • Familiarity with value-based care, accountable care organizations, or Medicare Advantage is a bonus • Experience using a variety of data management tools including but not limited to Tableau, reputed company, Jira and other data management software • Experience with Risk Adjustment metrics supporting documentation accuracy and diagnosis capture • Proficiency in reputed company and reputed company Sheets, with a strong interest in quantitative analysis; comfortable working with large and reputed company data sets Preferred KSA's • Basic experience with reputed company Slides, with the ability to create engaging presentations and draft materials with guidance • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a willingness to learn about stakeholder management • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and approach problems analytically • Eagerness to learn project management and data analysis tools such as reputed company and Tableau Salary Range: $55,000-$65,000 reputed company + bonus + equity Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience.
