Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be responsible for:

• Handling inbound calls from customers, providing exceptional service, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Utilizing leading technologies and systems to deliver solutions that meet customer needs
• Collaborating with a dedicated team of leaders and peers to support your growth and development
• Managing and overcoming objections for subscribers' cancellation and suspend requests to assist in reducing churn
• Meeting sales targets and driving reputed company growth through effective upselling and cross-selling strategies
• Providing enthusiastic and personalized support to customers, leveraging probing question skills to understand their needs and preferences
