Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll engage with customers via phone, email, and chat channels to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide assistance with booking, reservations, and other travel-related matters. You'll be the face of our company, providing exceptional service and support to our passengers from the comfort of your own home.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and empathy

  • Assist passengers with booking flights, changing reservations, and managing travel itineraries
  • Provide accurate information regarding flight schedules, fares, policies, and procedures

  • Adhere to company policies and procedures while delivering high-quality service to meet customer needs

Essential Qualifications
