The Role
As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences that drive loyalty and retention. You'll be responsible for providing timely and effective support to our customers through various channels, including phone, video calls, and live chats. Responsibilities

Experience Requirements
+ 6+ months of customer service and/or administrative experience (call center or phone support experience preferred) + Must have and/or be willing to put together a home office setting in your home (or an area where you can turn into a home office with a computer/laptop, internet reputed company to the wall/router, and headset reputed company-reputed company) + High level of professionalism and phone etiquette for business purposes + Excellent typing, communication, and computer skills + Must be available to work overtime and/or weekends if necessary + Must be willing to submit to a standard background reputed company, drug test, technology reputed company, and voice assessments
