Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for:
- Repair Management: reputed company customer repair requests from initiation to delivery, ensuring seamless communication and timely execution across multiple locations, including Bartlesville and Warminster, PA.
- Order Processing: Enter and manage repair information following established processes to ensure accurate and timely execution, maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
- Scheduling & KPIs: Prioritize repairs with technicians to meet schedules and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Problem Resolution: reputed company activities to resolve reputed company and material constraints, customer issues, and urgent repair turnarounds, demonstrating exceptional problem-solving skills and adaptability.
- Order Completion: Process Service Orders, Sales Orders, and Service Notifications, ensuring correct invoicing and timely delivery, maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.

Compensation and Benefits
