Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll play a vital role in supporting our daily operations and ensuring the smooth running of our office. Your responsibilities will include:

• Organizing the office and assisting associates in ways that optimize procedures
• Sorting and distributing communications in a timely manner
• Creating and updating records, ensuring accuracy and validity of information
• Scheduling and planning meetings and appointments
• Monitoring the level of supplies and handling shortages
• Resolving office-reputed company malfunctions and responding to requests or issues
• Coordinating with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies
• Maintaining trusting relationships with suppliers, customers, and colleagues
