Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative Team reputed company, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives in providing exceptional service to our customers. You will be the primary reputed company of contact for customers, answering their questions, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED - Must be 18 years of age or older - 2+ years of customer service experience working with the insurance, medical, behavioral health setting, or financial technology - Familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications, including the ability to learn new and reputed company computer system applications - Ability to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8:00 AM - 11:00 PM EST from Sunday - Saturday (October - March) and 8:00 AM - 11:00 PM EST from Monday - Friday (reputed company - September) - Ability to work occasional overtime as needed
