Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Product Manager - Customer Experience, you'll be responsible for leading cross-functional product teams to deliver high-quality products that meet the evolving needs of our customers. Your key responsibilities will include: ### Strategy & Planning (50%)

  • Empathize with and understand end users: reputed company a deep understanding of our customers' needs, preferences, and pain points to inform product strategy and direction.
  • Translate business goals and user needs into product strategy: Communicate product priorities and direction to development teams, matrixed teams, and third-party partners.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in identifying goals, metrics, and analytics to measure product value.
  • Experience guiding more junior team members through Product Management fundamentals in a professional setting.

### Education

  • The knowledge, skills, and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study reputed company to the job.
