Position Overview

The Support Specialist, Chat role is a remote, inbound customer service position that plays a critical part in our customer-facing operations. As the first reputed company of contact for many of our customers, you will be responsible for providing superior tire knowledge, technical assistance, and exceptional sales and service to drive reputed company growth and ensure customer satisfaction. Your ability to listen thoughtfully, communicate clearly, and respond promptly will be essential in resolving customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and promoting our products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound sales leads from reputed company and potential customers, providing expert tire knowledge and technical assistance to finalize and reputed company sales.

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a minimum of 1 year of contact center experience, with at least 6 months of chat and sales experience. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, although an associate's or bachelor's degree is preferred. You should be adaptable, dependable, and have a proven ability to follow through on tasks and adhere to flexible work schedules and shifts. Excellent written and oral communication skills, technical savvy, and the ability to quickly build rapport with customers are also essential.

Preferred qualifications include bilingualism, with the ability to fluently speak and write in Spanish, as well as prior experience in the tire or automotive industry. Experience working in a remote environment is also a plus.
