About the Role

We are seeking an reputed company Customer Service Representative to work in a remote call center environment, receiving and processing inbound calls from patients, providers, and other medical staff. As a key member of reputed company, you will execute outbound calls or electronic tasks to assist with providing medical-reputed company services, including appointment scheduling, prescription refills, facility locations, and lab results. • Send and receive tasks to Provider offices to assist patients with access to medical care, promoting efficient communication and collaboration
• Receive and process expedite, stat, and at-risk referrals, prioritizing urgent matters and ensuring timely resolution
• Contact patients to advise of appointment and referral status, providing clear and concise information and support

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

Essential Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 6+ months of Call Center experience, preferably in a healthcare or medical environment
• 6+ months of Customer Service experience, with a proven track record of providing exceptional service and support

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 7am-8pm Monday - Friday, Saturday - Sunday 7am-5pm
