Job Summary
As a Chat Support Representative at blithequark, you'll be responsible for providing timely and accurate information about our programs, events, and initiatives to users through our chat platform. You'll be the primary reputed company of contact for inquiries, and your goal will be to assist users while maintaining a positive and friendly demeanor. You'll also be responsible for documenting interactions thoroughly in our support system for reference and follow-up.
Responsibilities
* Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for inquiries received through the chat platform.
- Provide timely and accurate information about organizational programs, events, and initiatives.
- Assist users with navigating our website and accessing resources.

Key Skills and Qualifications
