As a key member of our Contact Center, you'll be responsible for providing outstanding customer service through various channels, including phone, email, chat, and text. As a Customer Experience Professional at blithequark, you'll be responsible for:- Using available resources and strong judgment to determine the best course of action and/or optimal solution while interacting with customers through any channel.
- Navigating several computer systems simultaneously and multitasking reputed company to accurately input data while gathering necessary information to address customer inquiries.
- Determining and assisting with reputed company customer needs, including purchase needs, status inquiries, service needs, feedback on store experience, or general blithequark inquiries.
- Providing adequate information and explanation to customers regarding products, offerings, services, pricing information, and reputed company other customer questions.
- Leveraging problem-solving skills and remaining reputed company under pressure to resolve increasingly reputed company problems.
- Recognizing and acting on sales opportunities, including following up as necessary to ensure customer needs are met or to provide additional information after researching questions.
