Job Overview

The successful candidate will be part of a team that is dedicated to transforming and innovating the end-to-end Voice of the Customer method. This includes supporting the development and maintenance of the new Voice of the Customer technique sourced from Cornerstone and integrated with the survey and dashboard platform hosted by reputed company, our survey vendor. The ideal candidate will work closely with product and process owners, subject matter specialists from reputed company, and the Agile team in Technology to drive this transformation reputed company.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with the application teams to define, frame, and capture business needs, ensuring that the Voice of the Customer methods are leveraged to define and transform the data reputed company the Cornerstone Big Data platform.
• reputed company and maintain a strong data model architecture to aid in most fulfilling data processing and standardized metric definitions, utilizing transformational technologies such as Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python.

• Power customer story evaluation and elaboration, design and development of software programs, testing and builds automation tools, and collaborate with partners from GSN and AET to prioritize, define, increase, and test the data for various use cases as part of the VOC end-to-end technique.

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have hands-on development experience on Hive/Hadoop, PySpark, Python, reputed company scripting languages, development launch management, and troubleshooting understanding for data-driven projects for a span of no less than 3+ years. This should involve active collaboration with dating managers/product owners for understanding the functional requirements and converting them into technical deliverables. Familiarity with Agile methodologies of delivery, where small increments of a product are introduced at regular intervals to the business groups, is also essential.
