Job Summary

As a Full Stack Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences through multiple channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media. You will work closely with our clients to resolve complex issues, upsell and cross-sell products and services, and provide proactive support to ensure customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer experiences through multiple channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media

  • Resolve complex customer issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Upsell and cross-sell products and services to drive sales growth
  • Proactively support customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve shared goals and objectives

Essential Qualifications

* 18 years of age or older

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
  • Ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words a minute)
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Basic understanding of Windows operating system
  • Highly reliable with the ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality
  • Ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow-up on customer issues
  • An aptitude for conflict resolution, problem-solving, and negotiation
  • Must be customer service-oriented (empathetic, responsive, patient, and conscientious)
  • Ability to multi-task, stay focused, and self-manage
  • Strong team orientation and customer focus
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where change and ambiguity are prevalent

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous customer service experience in a call center or remote environment

  • Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools
