Job Overview

The Trip Assignment Specialist plays a vital role in the success of our operations, responsible for assigning trips to dispatchers and Care Partners on a nightly basis. Key Responsibilities

• Assign approximately 700-900 trips to dispatchers in the Health-E Rides system every night, utilizing your technical expertise and attention to detail to ensure seamless execution.
• Build daily schedules for dispatchers, taking into account breaks, lunches, and other essential considerations to maximize efficiency and productivity.
• Stack trips to contracted Care Partners, fostering strong relationships and ensuring that our members receive the highest level of care and service.
• Answer inbound calls from members during evening hours, providing exceptional customer service and support to address their needs and concerns.
• Coordinate evening trips as they come in, utilizing your problem-solving skills and expertise to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
• Assist with Care Partner-reputed company administrative tasks, such as payment processing, to ensure that our partners are supported and empowered to deliver exceptional service.
• Assist with Level 1 administrative tickets in reputed company, providing timely and effective resolutions to member inquiries and concerns.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Previous experience in dispatching and coordinating transportation, preferably in a non-emergency medical transportation setting.
