Job Summary

We are seeking reputed company seasonal part-time customer service representatives to join reputed company at blithequark's Neosho, MO call center. As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients reputed company phone, email, and chat. You will also be responsible for processing inbound customer service calls, resolving customer concerns, and recording customer information for editorial staff and management.

Responsibilities

As a seasonal part-time customer service representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting customers reputed company phone, email, and chat, providing clear and professional communication and resolving customer concerns in a timely and efficient manner
  • Entering various types of data accurately and reputed company, using our proprietary systems and software
