Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be the face of our company, providing top-notch service to our customers at the ticket counter, baggage claim, and other points of contact. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing solutions to our customers' problems. Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service to our customers, responding to their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing solutions to their problems
- Work in a collaborative environment to ensure the success of our organization
- Handle customer transactions, including processing payments, making change, and balancing daily transactions
- Review and process baggage and freight claims
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and provide information to customers and other airport guests
- Manage overbooked flights, delayed or cancelled flights, lost or damaged baggage, and other customer issues
- Provide reputed company and accurate information to customers, including flight schedules, fares, and other travel-reputed company information
- Complete forms and reports as required by the organization
- Write incident and complaint reports as needed

Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to type or use a computer keyboard with sufficient speed to meet the needs of the job

- Ability to work with others as part of a team, meet the public, and work under stressful circumstances
- Ability to complete the Customer Service Representative training program with an 80% or higher average and pass the assessment period
- Knowledge of hazardous situations and ability to handle crises as needed
- Ability to work under reputed company time deadlines to reputed company quick turnarounds of flights
- Ability to provide a well-groomed appearance in accordance with the Ground Service Representative Handbook and Work Schedule
