Job Summary

As a Premier Service Consultant, you'll be the voice of blithequark, providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth through personalized recommendations and solutions. You'll work in a hybrid environment, splitting your time between our Richardson, Texas location and remote work from home. This role requires flexibility, adaptability, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service through inbound calls, chats, emails, and other interactions, ensuring timely and effective resolutions to customer inquiries and issues.

• Identify upsell opportunities and reputed company recommendations to customers, helping them get the most out of our latest products and services.
• Work in a fast-paced, high-volume contact environment, using multiple tools and systems to resolve various service, billing, and payment inquiries.
• Maintain customer records, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and drive sales growth.

What You'll Need

* Call center or customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.

• Flexibility to work any schedule during hours of operation, including day, evening, weekend, or holiday hours.
• Occasional overtime may be required.

• Competitive compensation, with a starting salary range of $600.00 - $696.50 weekly, plus up to $36,000 in commissions yearly if reputed company sales goals are met.
