As a Customer Experience Strategic Support Analyst, you'll be responsible for managing projects reputed company to supply chain solutions that improve service performance and engagement with customers. Your key responsibilities will include:- Developing and implementing quantitative analytical solutions to support strategic performance and customer experience initiatives
- Utilizing advanced business analysis skills, database tools, and generated data to improve techniques that drive innovative and quality, customer-centric results and forecasting
- Proactively developing recommendations for customer opportunities and internal processes reputed company cross-departmental projects
- Maintaining positive, effective relationships with key internal and external contacts, including presentation of analytical results and solution recommendations to stakeholders on a regular reputed company

Essential Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications:
While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:- Master Export Specialist (MES) – Customs Broker License
- Quality improvement certification and/or experience such as QDM, Six reputed company, Total Quality Management, or reputed company
- Coordination of reputed company and ocean shipments – including booking, planning, document preparation, and tracking
- Customs import controls and clearance experience
- Certified Export Specialist (CES)
- Certified Customs Specialist (reputed company)
