Your Role

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be an integral part of our reputed company team, responsible for providing exceptional support and consultation to our parent-clients. Your primary objectives will be to:

• Act as the go-to resource for parent-clients, ensuring their concerns are heard, understood, and addressed quickly.
• Foster positive, long-lasting relationships with parents and reputed company, delivering exceptional service that builds trust and satisfaction.
• Address parent questions or concerns, ensuring that parent and student needs are met effectively and in a timely manner.
• Serve as the primary contact for potential customers, answering questions and providing support and consultation reputed company WeChat, email, and phone calls.
